New Role – Consultant - H.R / O.D. London based with international travel to UK Sites, Scandinavia and Belgium (3 Days / week on site). Excited to be supporting a high-growth, Mid Cap PE-backed Logistics Firm, that’s entering a new phase of scale, and they’re looking for a talented Management Consultant - H.R / O.D to join their team.
What they’re looking for:
- 1-2 years’ Consulting experience
- Previous experience of multi-site H.R / O.D Consulting transformation projects
- Ideally with exposure to manufacturing, logistics / warehousing, engineering, retail or FMCG
- Someone eager to drive operational & people transformation in a fast-paced, international environment
- Ability to embed yourself into internal Teams and garner buy-in and trust quickly
- H.R / O.D Specialist - J.D's / People & Process
Role Highlights:
- Day Rate £450 - £500 / day
- Travel expenses
- Travel: Visit other Sites across the UK & Europe
- 24m Contract with a Jan Start
