My client is one of the world’s leading technology consultancies. They are a global consultancy that specializes in business and technology transformation. It helps organizations drive digital innovation, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth through AI, cloud, data, and engineering solutions. With deep industry expertise and a collaborative approach, they deliver end-to-end services from strategy to implementation.
The role:
One of the fastest-growing teams in this business focuses on providing agile squads to design and launch digital products for their clients. They are looking for a Consultant-level Business Analyst to be a part of these multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum teams.
These teams help their clients understand how and why to use digital technologies and platforms, before then designing and delivering projects to implement these solutions. These roles will be part of end-to-end user-centered design projects, working with cross-functional teams to deliver the digital transformation.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years’ experience
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum team, doing end-to-end delivery
- Experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards
- Experience with JIRA, or similar
- Experience in technical business analysis
- Ideally, experience in consulting across multiple sectors (although it is not a requirement to be from a consultancy)
- Any certifications are a bonus e.g., Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, Scrum Master etc.
The logistics:
My client offers a salary of £40,000 – £50,000 , depending on experience, with prosperous company benefits. This role can be based in a range of their offices across the UK, with a flexible hybrid working pattern, with some travel to clients.
