Our client is one of the world's most iconic global sports and entertainment organisations, delivering a championship watched by hundreds of millions of fans across more than 20 countries every year. As the business continues to evolve and scale, they are building out a new central Transformation function and are looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to play a key role in shaping how change is delivered across the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to join a newly established team at an exciting stage of growth. Rather than stepping into an existing transformation office with established processes, you will help define how the function operates — creating frameworks, governance and ways of working while leading some of the organisation’s most important cross-functional transformation programmes.
Working closely with senior leaders across commercial, operations, technology and corporate functions, you’ll take complex, ambiguous challenges and turn them into structured transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with delivery capability — someone who can understand the bigger business challenge, shape the approach and lead successful execution.
The Senior Transformation Manager will…
- Establish and help shape the new Transformation function, including developing processes, governance frameworks, reporting structures and ways of working.
- Lead complex, cross‑functional transformation programmes from initial definition through to successful delivery.
- Translate strategic priorities into practical transformation roadmaps and executable plans.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement, operational optimisation and value creation across the organisation.
- Work with senior stakeholders to define transformation objectives, build alignment and drive meaningful change.
- Bring structure to ambiguous problems, creating clarity where there is no established roadmap.
- Develop business cases, assess options and support senior leaders in making informed decisions.
- Partner with teams across commercial, operations, technology and other functions to deliver organisation‑wide initiatives.
- Manage competing priorities and navigate a complex stakeholder environment with confidence and influence.
- Ensure transformation activity delivers measurable outcomes, not just completed projects.
