We are working with a high-performing, global transformation consultancy, experiencing rapid growth across its Consumer Goods division in the UK. As part of their strategic expansion plan in 2026, they are looking to hire 2 delivery focused associate directors to strengthen their senior leadership team. These are growth hires driven by an expanding pipeline of projects, offering clear progression towards Director level within 1–2 years.

The Associate Director will take full accountability for major, multi-workstream transformation programmes, acting as the most senior day-to-day leader on client engagements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, multi-million-pound operational transformation programmes end-to-end
  • Own delivery performance of the team
  • Provide full people leadership for teams of circa 5–15 consultants on the programme
  • Collaborate with Directors and Partners on direction of the division
Requirements
  • Extensive Consumer Goods consulting experience
  • Proven leadership of large-scale Operations Excellence projects and programmes
  • People and performance leadership experience
  • Credibility in senior client-facing environments
  • Willingness to travel client side 3/4 days per week
