Consultant – Agile Delivery, Scrum and Coach
• Consultant: 46-55k, Senior Consultant: 60-70k

As a Management Consultant – Agile Delivery & Coach, you’ll be at the forefront of digital and organisational change. You’ll empower clients to embrace agile mindsets, adopt modern delivery practices and build high-performing teams that deliver meaningful outcomes at pace.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver impactful digital products using agile frameworks.
- Elevate agile maturity across teams, embedding Scrum values, iterative delivery and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coach leaders and teams to adopt new ways of working — from practical ceremonies to transformative mindset shifts.
- Shape product-centric operating models, delivery structures and governance that enable speed and autonomy.
- Steer delivery roadmaps, ensuring transparency, measurable value and alignment to business vision.
You Will Need
– Proven experience as a Delivery Manager and Agile Coach within complex programmes.
– Confidence facilitating cross-functional collaboration and resolving delivery blockers.
– Fluency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and Miro.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
– A growth mindset and passion for coaching others in agile and product-centric practices.
