Consultant – Agile Business Analyst
• £46,000 – £55,000
• London | Manchester | Glasgow | Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

As an Agile Business Analyst Consultant, you’ll be the vital link between business vision, technology, and user needs. Working at the heart of agile, cross-functional teams, you’ll help clients uncover opportunities, shape digital strategies, and turn bold ideas into tangible outcomes that deliver real value.
What You’ll Do
- Work with multidisciplinary agile squads to design and deliver user-centred digital products and services.
- Translate business goals and user insights into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Bridge communication between technical, product, and design teams to keep delivery aligned and focused.
- Support product roadmaps, backlog prioritisation, and agile ceremonies to drive momentum and quality.
- Advise clients on how emerging technologies and new delivery models can transform customer experiences and unlock growth.
You Will Need
– Experience working in agile, user-centred product or service development projects.
– Proven ability to bridge technical and business perspectives within Scrum environments.
– Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence for requirements management.
– Understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
– Ideally, exposure to Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and agile delivery in the public sector.
