We are working with a specialist strategy consultancy that combines rigorous business analysis, collaborative strategy development and technology-enabled execution. With a close-knit team of around 20 professionals, this is an opportunity to gain meaningful responsibility, broaden your industry exposure and see the tangible impact of your recommendations. Rather than delivering a report and moving on, you will help clients translate strategic priorities into action and monitor progress over the longer term.
The French-Speaking Strategy Consultant will support clients throughout the strategy lifecycle, from analysing business challenges and identifying opportunities to facilitating strategic discussions and tracking implementation.
Role Highlights
- Analyse business performance, markets and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop evidence-based recommendations that help clients make informed strategic decisions.
- Contribute to client interviews and workshops, working collaboratively with stakeholders to shape business strategy.
- Support the implementation of strategic plans, monitoring progress against objectives and performance targets.
- Work across different industries and project types, gaining exposure to varied business challenges and longer-term client engagements.
You Will Need
- Fluency in French and strong English communication skills to engage confidently with French-speaking clients.
- Approximately 1–3 years of strategy consulting or relevant consulting experience.
- A generalist consulting background, with exposure to different industries, business challenges or project types.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, challenge assumptions and turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships, communicate clearly and contribute to workshops.
