London | Hybrid working (3-4 days per week in the office)
Our client is a high-growth, private-equity-backed European cold-chain logistics business operating across 41 warehouses. Backed by one of the world's leading investment firms, the business has achieved significant success since its establishment and is entering an exciting new phase of expansion, with ambitious plans to scale its European footprint and build on its strong market position.
With substantial investment behind its next stage of growth, this is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, asset-intensive business at a pivotal point in its journey. The company is investing in its commercial capabilities to unlock further profitability, strengthen performance and build the foundations for its next phase of value creation.
The Head of Revenue Management will take ownership of the revenue-management agenda across the business, driving pricing execution, improving revenue capture and embedding consistent commercial processes across the warehouse network. Working closely with senior leadership, this is a high-visibility position offering genuine autonomy, the opportunity to build and shape a function, and the ability to deliver measurable commercial impact.

- Establish consistent pricing governance, reporting and commercial processes across multiple sites and business units.
- Analyse customer mix, contract performance, retention and revenue trends to identify opportunities for profitable growth.

- Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to turn commercial insights into action and ensure improvements translate into measurable results.
- Strengthen revenue visibility, performance management and commercial infrastructure as the business continues to scale.
