Compass Group UK&I Defence is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee kitchen and service operations for Defence contracts on a full-time basis, 35 hours per week. You will lead culinary and catering teams, ensuring high food standards and outstanding customer service across sites.

With a focus on health and safety, you will monitor KPIs, train staff, and represent the Compass brand to colleagues and customers, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance.
