We work with businesses and charities to give textiles a second life while reducing waste and environmental impact. Our export operations service customers across West and East Africa, Pakistan, India, UAE and Europe.

We are inviting expressions of interest from reliable and hardworking people for Textile Operative roles to support our team during our peak summer period. We have full-time opportunities starting July 2026 until the end of September 2026. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience within a fast-paced textile recycling environment.

As a Textile Operative your duties will include:

  • Assisting with the handling, sorting and processing of textile materials
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure standards are met
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Always following health and safety procedures
  • Achieving daily production targets

Who we are looking for:
