Joining our Wealth Management team
What is Wealth Management? Our Wealth Management team helps individuals and businesses plan for their financial futures. As a Wealth Management Associate, you’ll rotate through key departments, gaining hands-on experience across administration, paraplanning, client services, compliance, and more. This is a unique opportunity to build a well-rounded foundation in financial planning and advisory.
Your role as a Wealth Management Associate
- Administration: Support client record management, document processing, and office operations.
- Paraplanning: Assist in preparing client reports, financial plans, and investment strategies.
- Client Services: Engage with clients to address inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Trainee Advising: Shadow advisors in meetings and assist with financial assessments and recommendations.
- Compliance: Learn about regulatory requirements and the importance of protecting client interests.

- Project Management: Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and planning.
Your Training & Support
You’ll receive structured training across all areas of wealth management, with support from experienced mentors and access to digital tools. Qualifications
This role may follow a pathway toward financial planning qualifications such as the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with opportunities to specialise in paraplanning, advising, or employee benefits.
