These activities help students secure graduate roles at National Grid and other leading companies.

- Programme Graduation, September 30th (Virtual)
All travel expenses and food for the in‑person days will be provided.
Who is it for?
We have four streams for the Get Hired programme
- Engineering
- Finance
- STEM Project Management
- Consents (focused on ensuring project consents are delivered economically and in accordance with current legislation, regulations, and guidance.
- For those in urban planning, sustainability, human geography and similar disciplines)
Applicants for all streams must meet the following criteria. Specific degree requirements for each stream are outlined on the application form.
- Graduating in 2027
- Interested in graduate roles at National Grid
- Achieved an average of BBB at A-level or equivalent
- Attended a non‑fee paying secondary school in the UK
- This opportunity is not open to mature students.
Applicants must also meet our social mobility criteria
- Household income of £45,000 or below and parents in either intermediate or working class occupations, or are unemployed.
- OR you are a Care Leaver.
