Joining our VAT Advisory team
What is VAT Advisory?
Our VAT Advisory team helps clients navigate complex VAT rules, identify savings opportunities, and resolve VAT challenges. We work with a wide range of clients, from local businesses to international groups, providing tailored advice and practical solutions.
Your role as a VAT Associate
- Support VAT advisory projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, listed companies, and international groups.
- Research VAT law and HMRC policy to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.
- Prepare VAT advisory notes, reports, and draft correspondence with HMRC.
- Assist with VAT registration applications, disclosures, and notifications.
- Help identify VAT savings opportunities and solutions to client VAT issues.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and support them in achieving their objectives.
Your Training & Support
You’ll receive structured training in VAT and tax fundamentals, with ongoing support from experienced colleagues. From day one, you’ll work on real client projects and develop your technical and client communication skills.
You’ll also have access to digital tools and resources to help you grow your expertise in VAT advisory.
Qualifications
You’ll be part of our ATT pathway, a leading tax qualification for those specialising in advisory and technical areas.
