Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and transformative environment? Wyre Council has an excellent track record of providing fantastic opportunities to Apprentices and Graduates.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Graduate to join our Transformation and Change Directorate and gain invaluable experience across various services. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering the Council's Transformation Programme, which involves project management, internal and external communications, and organisational development.

As a Transformation Graduate, you will rotate through different services within the Directorate, gaining hands-on experience and providing essential support to deliver our Council Plan and Transformation Programme. You will have the opportunity to lead specific projects, contribute to the implementation of key strategies and plans, and support transformation reviews. Building strong relationships with colleagues will be crucial, as collaborative problem-solving and learning from and sharing innovative practices are key.

We are looking for someone with strong research and analysis skills who can present complex data in a clear visual format.

We will support you through a higher education qualification (to be identified depending on qualifications of post holder). This role is based at the Civic Centre in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire. Note: International sponsorship is not available for this role.
