Responsibilities

TikTok's Real Estate team (RE) is responsible for managing the company's rapidly growing and dynamic real estate portfolio. We are dedicated to creating a safe, productive, and inspiring workplace for our employees. The Transaction Management team leads strategic planning, site selection, commercial negotiation, and leasing execution for our global office spaces, ensuring our portfolio scales efficiently with our business needs.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Analyst to join our EMEA RE team through our Early Careers program. In this role, you will work closely with senior transaction leaders to support the execution of corporate real estate strategies across the EMEA region. You will gain hands‑on experience in market research, financial analysis, lease abstraction, and stakeholder coordination.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a passion for corporate real estate to develop their skills, drive measurable impact, and grow within a fast‑paced technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Transaction Support: Assist in the end-to‑end real estate transaction lifecycle, including site searches, market research, property tours, financial analysis, and lease negotiations.

  • Financial & Data Analysis: Build and maintain financial models (e.g., cash flow, NPV analysis) to evaluate real estate options. Prepare business cases and executive summaries for leadership approval.

  • Portfolio Tracking: Maintain and update the lease administration database. Track critical lease dates, perform lease abstraction, and generate regular portfolio reporting metrics.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements, budgets, and delivery timelines.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze commercial real estate market trends, rental rates, vacancy dynamics, and macroeconomic indicators across key EMEA cities to inform proactive portfolio strategies.

  • Vendor Coordination: Support the day-to‑day coordination of external vendor relationships, including global brokerage partners, landlords, and real estate consultants.

  • Process Automation & BI: Utilise AI tools and methodologies to identify areas to automate and remove manual workflows within transaction and portfolio management. Build and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards to present actionable insights to leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting complex data clearly and concisely.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-growth, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience or internships in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, transaction management, or financial analysis.

  • Foundational understanding of commercial real estate legal terminology, lease structures, and lease abstraction processes.

  • Exposure to or strong interest in international real estate markets, particularly within the EMEA region.

  • Proficiency with real estate portfolio management software, data visualisation tools, or Lark/Feishu.

  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and collaborate within a matrix global organisation.

  • Experience or passion for using AI.
