Trainee Accountant (Graduate Programme) – Summer 2026
Location: Bishop\’s Stortford office (applications for London office open in November)
What You\’ll Be Doing
As a trainee on our graduate programme, you will join one of three departments – Business, Audit & Assurance or Tax – and support our clients while developing technical and soft skills.

- Business: Prepare accounts and basic tax returns using client data.
- Audit & Assurance: Conduct audit testing to verify financial accounts.
- Tax: Perform corporate and personal tax compliance, handling HMRC queries.
What You\’ll Learn
Study for your ACA qualification while gaining hands‑on client experience from day one, attending internal training, and working with partners and senior leaders.
What We\’re Looking For
- Predicted or achieved at least a 2:2 degree (any subject)
- 112 UCAS points from your top 3 A‑Levels (or equivalent)
