Overview
Our 2026 Trading Operations Analyst Programme (OA) is a 6‑month rotational programme for soon‑to‑be and recent graduates. It blends education, skill building, and exposure to Susquehanna and the financial services industry, preparing you for a full‑time role that immediately impacts the business. You will spend 4‑week rotations gaining exposure to every desk within Trading Operations – Trade Support, Risk Operations, Stock Loan, and Settlements – and then join a fast‑paced desk that directly drives performance. The programme is based in the UK, but the first three months (September to December 2026) will take place in our Dublin office as part of an immersive graduate training experience, where you’ll work alongside peers from across Europe before returning to the UK to complete the programme.
Our Programme
As a Trading Operations Analyst you will experience the full life cycle of Susquehanna’s trading activity and develop a fundamental understanding of the industry and trading environment. Trading Operations sits at the intersection of trading, technology, and external counterparties, where you’ll build strong relationships and work on valuable projects that have real impact. Working alongside the team, you’ll gain in‑depth exposure to all the different trading desks and business areas, and each rotation will involve hands‑on experience and real‑time projects that add value.
