WHAT IS A MEDIA AGENCY? We plan and buy advertising to reach the right audience, in the right place, at the right time, for the right price. Unlike creative agencies, we focus on media strategy, buying, and performance to deliver business results.

THE ROLE Working at the7stars is fast-paced and varied. Graduate roles span account management, AV, digital, and data/insight teams. Core responsibilities include:

  • Reporting: Monitoring competitors, analysing audiences, and evaluating campaigns
  • Media Owner Relationships: Building partnerships and staying up to date with market developments
  • Administration: Managing bookings, finances, reporting, and client updates
  • Industry Knowledge: Keeping informed on media and wider industry trends
  • Agency Contribution: Supporting initiatives such as new business, events, PR, and research

WHERE WE HAVE ROLES

ACTIVATION As part of the Activation teams at the7stars, you will help bring media plans to life and support the delivery of high‑quality campaigns for our clients. Working across channels such as TV, digital, social, search, audio, and partnerships, you will support the accurate booking, delivery, and optimization of campaigns, using data and technology to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with Planning teams, clients, and media partners to turn ideas into real activity, learn how campaigns perform, and help deliver brilliant outcomes that support our clients’ business goals.

PLANNING An all-channel role supporting planning and performance for clients such as Greene King and the Current Account Switch Service. Covers AV, OOH, Social, and Paid Search. Success requires strong organization, collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

STAGE 2: PSYCHOMETRICS & HOMEWORK Successful candidates will receive our Spotted Zebra psychometric test to complete, followed by a homework task covering key media topics.

STAGE 3: ASSESSMENT HALF DAY Interviews to assess skills, behaviours, and competencies, timed maths & error checking task. Financial support for travel available on request.
