Join Us In Cheadle (Manchester, UK)

As a Technical Support Intern, you'll support a team providing first‑class support to our customers using a variety of remote diagnostic tools. The support covers techniques ranging from Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Atomic and Molecular Spectroscopy, Genomics, Automation and Cell Analysis. You will also have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and interact with the wider organization, including our field service engineers, sales/pre‑sales, and scheduling teams.

What You'll Do

  • Provide support to our Technical Support Engineers.
  • Build technical skillsets related to many scientific techniques.
  • Gain commercial experience at a quality‑driven, cutting‑edge company.
  • Work as part of a multicultural team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a Life Science‑related field as part of a 4‑year university program (must be completing the second year).
  • Customer‑first mindset.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team with a focus on technical excellence and customer service.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Hands‑on experience with Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Atomic and Molecular Spectroscopy, or Genomic techniques.
  • Customer service skills.
