This has allowed me to understand the aspects of work I enjoy, and the career route I wish to pursue. The strong learning and development culture of EDF created the perfect environment to develop both my hard and soft skills, enabling me to gain responsibility and add real value to my teams, whilst building great relationships – all while genuinely enjoying the journey.
