About The Role
You will embark on a transformative journey, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to various aspects of the supply chain ecosystem. Within this ongoing development in your understanding, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals by engaging in challenging projects whilst receiving ongoing support to develop a well‑rounded skill set.
The Programme
The Supply Chain Graduate programme is comprised of a series of placements within both the Stock Operations and Supply Chain teams. It will run for 12 months from September 2026 and is split into 3 rotations: Retail, Supply Chain, and Distribution. You will be immersed into the complete life cycle of the Supply Chain function, beginning with how we receive our stock in our Thatcham Distribution Centre, right through to selling to our customers in our world‑famous Knightsbridge store. You will gain practical on‑the‑job experience with the added exposure of working with the leadership team to support in the delivery of key projects. Based primarily in Knightsbridge, you'll experience the heartbeat of our operations, with the added excitement of regular travel to our sites in Hammersmith and Thatcham, Berkshire (home of our distribution centre). The working hours for this role are variable, contingent upon your rotation, therefore you should anticipate being scheduled to work any five days within the Sunday to Saturday period and during any hours between 7am and 11pm.
About You
This is suitable for you if you have graduated from university within the past 2 years. You will bring excellent communication skills, with strong team spirit and the ability to work under direction with independence. A keenness to network will be your asset as you embark on this exciting journey. A good understanding of supply chain and retail, coupled with insights into the economy and retail business, will set you apart.
You Will Have
- A 2:1 degree or above (supply chain related degree preferred but not essential).
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- PC literate, e.g. Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in the area of supply chain or luxury goods.
- Excellent time‑management skills along with the ability and willingness to multi‑task.
