Our Food & Beverage Ultimate Leaders will join us for 12 months, where they will do 2 rotations for a period of 6 months each. During their programme, our graduates will have a dedicated mentor from the business, to support and guide the start of their career with us. Throughout the 12 months, our graduates will take part in key leadership training, learning about leadership styles, feedback, personality types and more, all to support their development with us. You will be responsible for assisting the food service within one of our food and beverage outlets to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to work in different departments, experiencing varying styles of service and guest requirements, working towards supervisor level. Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Food and Beverage Graduate you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy. You will gain knowledge of all the food and beverage products within your assigned department, in order to communicate offerings to our guests.
