We are a small educational company established in 2003. We offer students a taste of their chosen subject at undergraduate level, enabling them to make a more informed choice about their university options, and to have fun delving into challenging academic material with peers. Unlike other tutoring companies, we do not coach students to pass exams or give university interview advice; instead, we appeal to students with genuine intellectual curiosity who wish to explore academic material in a sophisticated way.
We are looking for tutors to work with us on our 2026 Summer Schools in July and August. As a tutor you will be responsible for delivering lessons in the selected subject, participating in a mix of online and in‑person courses, and engaging with students who are exploring the material independently.
We are recruiting tutors in the following areas:
- Economics
- International Relations
- English Literature
- Law
- Dentistry
- Medicine
- Mathematics
- Physics
Most of our tutors are postgraduate students. A minimum of an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject is required for any teaching role. Postgraduate qualifications are highly valued.
The summer programme runs for eight weeks, with each subject typically offering between two and eight weeks of work. Tutors may choose to teach online, in‑person, or both. The rate of pay is £195 per day, and lesson plans and teaching materials are supplied.
