Our Summer 2026 Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, build essential business acumen, and gain insight into our departments. For eight to twelve weeks, you will join the Human Resources Department, where you will develop your skills under the mentorship of business leaders and experienced colleagues. Your role will involve meaningful tasks with clear objectives and goals, providing real responsibility from day one. Beyond your team, you will connect widely across the organisation through networking events with senior leaders and colleagues, training sessions, and a local charity initiative, all while building strong connections within the summer internship cohort. By the end of the summer internship programme, you will have gained invaluable insights and particular skills to set you up for a successful career after graduation.
The Programme Key Responsibilities
The role is to assist and support the HRE London Branch in delivering projects for 2026. You will be given the opportunity to learn about our industry and business from different perspectives, giving you a career advantage. You will work on various HR projects and initiatives and develop an understanding of our organization, culture, HR processes and infrastructure by collaborating with a wide range of colleagues and teams in order to support the projects.
