About The Opportunity

Are you a proactive and ambitious first‑year university student looking to gain insight into the dynamic world of accountancy and professional services? The Spring Insight Programme is a one‑day, in‑person experience designed to support and inspire you to find your future within professional and financial services and take the first step towards your career with Forvis Mazars. After taking part, you’ll also receive exclusive early access to apply to our Summer 2027 internship opportunities.

During Your Insight Event You’ll:

  • Hear from a senior key‑note speaker, who will share their career journey and provide invaluable professional insights.
  • Build your networking and pitching skills, ensuring you stand out in the competitive graduate market.
  • Engage with our Forvis Mazars panel, where you can ask questions and gain wisdom from their experiences and lessons learned.
  • Participate in an interactive service line business simulation, giving you a comprehensive understanding of our wider business areas.
  • Discover the Forvis Mazars recruitment process, explore routes to entry, and learn how we support students with additional needs or requirements.

Hear From Our Previous Insight Programme Attendee, Avneet: “I found the programme extremely useful hearing from professionals on how to overcome imposter syndrome which especially for students coming from diverse socio‑economic backgrounds helping us to recognise that potential doesn’t stem from people’s backgrounds.”

This insight programme will take place on 9 April from 10:00‑15:00 in our Edinburgh office. Lunch will be provided and travel expenses up to £50 reimbursed. We encourage you to apply if the programme is within a reasonable commuting distance.

About You

  • Be in your first year of a three‑year degree, or second year of a four‑year degree programme at a UK university.
