About the Graduate Scheme Programme: This rotation scheme is designed for graduates who want to build a strong foundation in medical technology, engineering, and advanced manufacturing. You will rotate across key operational areas, including Production Management, Quality, Engineering, and Commercial, giving you a broad understanding of how medical devices are designed, manufactured, tested, and delivered. In each rotation, you will apply your engineering or technical knowledge to real projects that directly impact patient care. You will also collaborate with manufacturing SMEs and major global healthcare organisations, including Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Fresenius Kabi, GE, and Sartorius, giving you exposure to industry-leading partners.

What You’ll Gain:

- Professional Growth and Project Leadership: You’ll work on projects that give you experience in project management, regulatory requirements, MRP and digital systems, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be involved in process optimisation and efficiency improvements, root cause analysis and problem-solving, data analysis and presenting insights to senior stakeholders, cross-functional project delivery, supporting new product introduction and equipment commissioning, quality investigations and corrective/preventive actions, digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives, and understanding key medical manufacturing standards and compliance.
You will also gain experience in injection mould tooling, assembly equipment and automation, printing and packaging solutions, commissioning engineering equipment and documentation, process and test method qualification, process validation activities alongside validation specialists, producing Work Instructions, Forms, and Risk Management documentation, supply chain coordination, and working to ISO13485:2016 and Medical Device Regulations.
