We're building a Graduate Analyst Talent Pool, bringing together high-potential graduates through a single assessment process. Successful candidates will be considered for immediate vacancies and, if not initially placed, will join our pre-qualified Graduate Talent Pool for future analyst opportunities as they become available across the Bank. Initial Opportunities:
- Graduate Credit Strategy Analyst - Help shape how we make responsible lending decisions by analysing portfolio performance, optimising credit strategies and supporting the development of advanced decisioning tools.
- Graduate Commercial & Marketing Analyst - Use data to drive customer growth and commercial performance by analysing marketing effectiveness, customer journeys, and experimentation programmes.
Who We’re Looking For: We welcome applications from graduates and final-year students who are passionate about using data to solve problems and create better outcomes for customers. You’ll likely be studying, or have recently completed, a degree in:
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Data Science
- Computer Science
- Economics
- Physics
- Engineering
- Or another highly analytical discipline
We’re Particularly Interested In Candidates Who Demonstrate:
