The Sales & Marketing Graduate Scheme is a 2-year job rotation-based program allowing you to work and contribute to different sales and marketing functions at Nissan. Over these two years, you will experience two very different job rotations that will provide you with a truly cross-functional understanding of our functions within Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd. You could be placed in Aftersales, Sales, Marketing, or Network Development & Customer Quality departments to name a few.
Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd is responsible for the sales, marketing, and distribution of Nissan passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in the UK. We have a diverse range of departments that challenge and develop your skill set. As the driving force behind the sales of our international brand in the UK, ours is a commercially focused environment, with a working culture that’s demanding and fast-paced but equally open, friendly, and rewarding.
What are we looking for
- You must be eligible to work in the UK when the program starts in September 2026
- At least a 2:1 Degree Qualification
- A minimum 1-year work experience – we welcome both recent graduates and career changers returning to the workplace
- Comfortable to travel to Maple Cross, Hertfordshire for a hybrid working arrangement
