We're looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals with a Life Sciences background to join PatSnap as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is an opportunity to take your scientific knowledge beyond the lab and apply it in a commercial role, partnering with some of the world's most innovative pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organisations.
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing PatSnap's AI-powered Life Sciences platform and helping organisations discover smarter ways to accelerate research, reduce R&D risk and bring breakthrough innovations to market faster. No previous sales experience? That's absolutely fine. We'll teach you everything you need to become a successful technology salesperson. You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and mentorship from experienced sales leaders, developing the skills to build relationships with senior scientific and R&D leaders.

This is a hybrid role based in our London office, with the flexibility to work either hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the office) or fully office-based if you prefer.

What You'll Be Doing
- Using your incredible communication skills to build brand new relationships between PatSnap and potential clients.
- Working closely with an Account Executive, who will mentor and help to develop your sales skills, while you support their activity by creating sales leads and booking their product demonstrations.
- Owning your territory and choosing which companies to call and will have the autonomy to be creative with how you introduce PatSnap to prospects.
- Learning the necessary tools to be able to succeed in the role; what we ask of you is a can-do attitude and an open mind to learning.
- Researching using varied and creative techniques to identify business opportunities (sales leads).

On-Target Earnings Total (OTE): £47,217 (60/40 split)
