Your Year as an Employment Advisor
- Engage with a diverse range of jobseekers, including ex-offenders and those referred by local authorities.
- Manage a caseload of jobseekers, aiming to place them into jobs with local businesses.
- Utilise exceptional interpersonal and mediation skills to achieve placement targets.
- Be self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a demanding and emotionally challenging role.
- Full-time office-based role with rewarding outcomes for those up for the challenge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
- Self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.
