Using AI: AI can be used to help practice and structure your responses to the application form questions but should not be used to create your responses. Remember, the goal of using AI in your job application is to augment your natural abilities and showcase your best self. It’s not about creating a persona that isn’t you. We value authenticity and want to understand who you are, your experiences, and what you bring to the table.
What are the next steps? All applications will be reviewed and, subject to initial screening, successful candidates will be invited to telephone interviews in February, followed by assessment centres in March; we will communicate outcomes at each stage, and the anticipated start date for successful candidates is 7 September.
