As a Quality Assurance Test Analyst, you will be at the heart of ensuring our systems perform flawlessly. You will define and design test conditions, execute tests independently, and turn results into actionable insights. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll identify and manage defects, helping to deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes that make a real difference.
We are looking for four Quality Assurance Test Analysts to join us with our Digital Service Directorate.
The Quality Assurance Test (QAT) team will define test conditions, design test cases, and create test scripts to comprehensively test system functionality, ensuring the system/service meets quality standards.
The team will use analytical skills, domain, and business knowledge to identify and manage defects, informing stakeholders for Go/No-Go decisions.
The QAT team designs and executes test cases within a risk-based test plan to ensure systems, services, and processes are ready for operation.
You will work with development teams, third parties, operations, and business areas to plan and facilitate testing, ensuring the test strategy is correctly implemented. This includes analyzing, defining, and designing test conditions and cases, executing tests independently, and managing defects.

- Apply domain and business knowledge during test execution, analyzing the system from technical and operational perspectives.
- Gather specifications to design effective test cases.
- Use a business and operational view in system analysis.
- Deliver efficiently using appropriate methodologies and agile principles.
- Assist decision-makers with relevant testing information.
- Participate in testing communities to improve standards and practices.
- Line manage QAT Analysts within the community where appropriate.
Essential Criteria
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, supporting discussions and managing differing perspectives.
- Design and execute tests, including exploratory testing, and research new testing techniques.
- Manage, report, and resolve defects, collaborating on defect management processes and communicating risks.
- Work with stakeholders to identify valuable quality characteristics, determine testing needs, and analyze information to identify risks.
- Create and adapt testing strategies based on risk, following quality testing approaches, and contributing to continuous improvement.
