We have an exciting opportunity for multiple HR Graduate Advisors to join us on a fixed‑term contract until December 2026. This is an ideal role for individuals beginning their HR career, with strong academic grounding and hands‑on experience from an HR industrial placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders across areas such as organizational design, culture transformation, and talent management.
- Employee Relations & Case Management: Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and dignity at work concerns.
- Absence Management: Oversee comprehensive absence management, collaborating with employees, Occupational Health, and Trade Union partners.
- Talent Development: Champion effective career management, employee development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Leadership Empowerment: Coach and upskill People Leaders on performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations.
- HR Transformation: Collaborate with the wider HR team to effectively implement new/updated HR products, processes, and policies across the business in support of our HR Transformation.
- Engagement & Culture: Drive employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Share insights and best practices to enhance HR processes.
Qualifications
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR Management, or a CIPD‑aligned qualification
- Completed an HR industrial placement/sandwich year within a corporate HR function
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships and influence stakeholders
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and active listening skills
- A proactive, customer‑centric, and solutions‑focused approach
- Highly collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable mindset

Working Pattern
