About The Mid‑Markets Team
Our Mid‑Markets team serves privately owned businesses. We support over 13,000 such firms across the UK, ranging from entrepreneurial start‑ups to multi‑million‑pound turnover groups.
About The Role
Years 1 And 2: Master the art of auditing—prepare meticulous audit documents using the latest software and methodologies. Deepen your understanding of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows). Work side by side with clients, immersing yourself in diverse businesses to understand their operations and challenges. Build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Years 3 And 4: Take on increasingly complex audit work such as revenue recognition, valuation and risk assessments, and lead audit engagements. Mentor junior team members and transition to a permanent employee role.

- On‑track with A-level, BTEC or equivalent qualifications, and strong academic performance.
