On our two-year Graduate Programme, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects from the very start. What you’ll do
- Support projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements, coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives set out in the project plans.
- Collaborate with the project team to support the delivery of project objectives in alignment with the Project Plan.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders and contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in tracking project changes and ensuring they are processed and formalised within agreed timeframes.
- Gather information and conduct research as required.
- Update and manage existing project plans, processes, and procedures to support successful project delivery under guidance.
- Work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

About You
- Given the nature of our work, adaptability is key. Our projects and clients are based in various locations, so you should be prepared to travel frequently to different project sites or Mace Consult offices.
- A future or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher in any subject.
- 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).
