We are looking for ambitious students with a background in/knowledge of the sector to join our growing Building Surveying teams in Oxford on a 3-year Graduate Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career within a fast-paced and highly regarded Building Surveying team, working with a diverse range of clients, assets and projects across the UK.
Our Building Surveying graduate programme is designed to challenge and support you from day one. You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects, developing both your technical expertise and professional confidence through hands-on experience across key areas of building surveying, including:
- Project management
- Contract administration
- Building pathology
- Dilapidations
- Technical due diligence
- Refurbishment projects
Working alongside experienced surveyors, you'll be encouraged to take ownership of your development while playing an active role in delivering solutions for clients. What will it take to be successful?
We are looking for forward thinking students with a can-do attitude, who have the ability to manage multiple projects and deal with a variety of work. You will ideally be studying for a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree. Previous experience gained through placements, internships or work experience within the property sector will help you stand out. Candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative approach to working with others, and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite. Given the nature of the role and the need to travel to client sites and properties, a full UK driving licence is essential.

Application process
You will be asked to respond to a number of questions about your work experience as well as your motivations and interest in a career in property as well as any extracurricular activities. We ask you to provide reference contact details, one educational and one employment. If successful, you will be invited to attend an interview in November/December.
