We are looking for those who have a real interest in our industry and are eager to learn and get stuck in during a busy summer of events and activations! This role is based within our Orpington office, so being within commutable distance is essential, as well as a desire and ability to travel further afield to events when necessary.
Key Roles & Responsibilities- Ensuring project systems and procedures are set up and structured correctly, meaning all relevant data is entered accurately and concisely onto Live’s client management system (Quest).
- Assistance with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, POs, supplier invoicing/cost management.
- Compiling and maintaining project reports, job sheets, and schedules.
- Be involved in the research and feasibility of ideas generated.
- Event setup – assisting with preparation and on-site delivery.
- Maintaining good communication and reporting.
Internship runs from June 2026 for 6 months.
