We are looking for those who have a real interest in our industry and are eager to learn and get stuck in during a busy summer of events and activations! This role is based within our Orpington office, so being within commutable distance is essential, as well as a desire and ability to travel further afield to events when necessary.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensuring project systems and procedures are set up and structured correctly, meaning all relevant data is entered accurately and concisely onto Live’s client management system (Quest).
  • Assistance with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, POs, supplier invoicing/cost management.
  • Compiling and maintaining project reports, job sheets, and schedules.
  • Be involved in the research and feasibility of ideas generated.
  • Event setup – assisting with preparation and on-site delivery.
  • Maintaining good communication and reporting.

Internship runs from June 2026 for 6 months.

The Skills You Need
  • Ability to juggle several tasks at once and consistently deliver high-quality work to tight timescales.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Acceptance of some anti-social/long hours when needed for event delivery.
  • Travel & weekend work will be required when delivering events on-site.
