What The Program Looks Like You will have your own personally designed rotational programme that will give you exposure to key areas of insurance broking, including but not limited to, broking, handling, claims, operation, risk management & sales.
You will develop your skills and knowledge of the insurance industry whilst pursuing professional qualifications through the Chartered Institute of Insurance.
Develop management and leadership skills to benefit the business and develop our leaders of the future.
