As an Operations & Client Support Executive Placement Student, you will join the team responsible for supporting operational processes and delivering excellent client support across Experian’s product portfolio. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining high service levels, and enabling clients to access the products they need promptly and accurately.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Administrative Support: Provide critical administrative assistance to the Customer Success and sales team, including processing orders, tracking deployments, checking invoice detail and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a primary contact for customers, responding to enquiries, sharing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Process client set‑ups and configuration activities, ensuring adherence to guidance, compliance requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Sales Operations: Support activities by maintaining accurate sales data, generating performance reports, and contributing to strategic decision‑making through data insights.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with wider operational teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and facilitate effective communication between departments to streamline processes. Supporting continuous improvements across operational workflows and contributing ideas to optimise efficiency.
To apply for this opportunity, you must be a current undergraduate at a UK university and be able to undertake a year in industry placement starting July 2026 and ending in August 2027. We accept applications from all degree backgrounds, but you will ideally study towards a Business, Numerical or related degree and have an interest in business processes. Due to the nature of the role, stakeholder management skills are important. You’ll also need to be accuracy‑focused, as you will need to manage concurrent tasks at once. This role is based in London and requires you to work in the office at least twice weekly. Please only apply if this would be a suitable location for you.
