Build the world you want to live in with a career in the infrastructure property sector. We are looking for ambitious Graduates to join our growing Infrastructure team in Nottingham. Our society is changing, as can be seen in news reports every day. Housing shortages, water shortages, climate change, biodiversity, energy supplies, renewable energy and the switch to electric cars from 2030 are all issues that our society is facing today. Our towns, cities and countryside have to adapt to the change, and you could be part of building the world we want to live in.

The Infrastructure Team is the fastest growing of its kind in the country, now with 180 people in seven offices around the UK, working with major clients including Network Rail, HS2, National Highways, National Grid and The Crown Estate. Operating in both rural and urban environments, our Infrastructure Graduates are directly involved in delivering the world we need for the 21st century and beyond. We cover an array of services to clients within the following sectors: Regeneration, Road, Rail, Energy, Telecommunications, Utilities, Transport.

This is an exciting opportunity for an effective individual to become part of our team that delivers real change to people’s lives. You will deal with a wide range of property clients from Network Rail, Scottish Power Energy Networks, HS2, National Highways, Water companies, and Telecoms providers to homeowners, farmers, equestrian and Agri businesses and small and multinational commercial businesses. You will take an active part in assisting with the negotiation of temporary and permanent acquisitions for a range of property types including agricultural, commercial, industrial and residential property, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Your work each day will vary; you could be supporting with gaining consent for access across third party land, negotiating easements, acquiring land permanently and temporarily, undertaking injurious affection claims, statutory compensation assessments, asset acquisitions and disposals and property management and lettings. Our in-house Academy training course will give you a head start with over 20 hours of CPD.

Candidates applying to Infrastructures will be from a variety of backgrounds. We are interested in receiving applications from students available to join us in Autumn 2026 who have a keen interest in the infrastructure of our country and the ways we can make a difference to the world we live in. You will be from infrastructure, planning & development, land administration, geography, land management, rural, environmental, real estate and various educational backgrounds. Ideally, you will have a RICS accredited degree; however, we do welcome applications from candidates with non-accredited degrees and other relevant qualifications. It is essential that you have a full driving license as regular travel is required.

From day one of our scheme, you will be invested in. We offer a structured training programme, an APC supervisor or counsellor, and regular assessments to ensure you achieve the full level of competency required for your APC. In addition, we pay your APC registration fee and your first APC final assessment and offer up to five days study leave.

You will be asked to respond to a number of questions about your work experience as well as your motivations and interest in a career in property as well as any extracurricular activities. We ask you to provide reference contact details, one educational and one employment.
