What to expect? We're offering the opportunity to join our 3-year rotation program for recent graduates with little or no professional experience. From day one you will be exposed to making a difference in real life situations, projects, and jobs. We'll give you an experience of working across the whole range of disciplines within our Supply Chain, including manufacturing, logistics, planning, lean, and engineering. Our Supply Chain helps keep us meeting our customer expectations, with over 1,000,000 customer locations and a turnover of $15bn per year.

What you’ll need?

  • Recent graduates with an Engineering background in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Health, Safety & Environment, Chemistry & Supply Chain at an Undergraduate and/or Master’s level.
  • Desire to grow and develop your expertise across a wide range of disciplines within a cross-border supply chain team.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of another European language beneficial.
  • Being self-driven and motivated to grow and develop.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new challenges and excel in an ever-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and cultural sensitivity.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, PowerApps and other data visualization/automation tools.
