Placement Programme Overview
Our established Industrial Placement Programme offers great experience and structured development to our students. You will be expected to contribute and have an impact from day one, fulfilling "actual roles" within our operation, supported by relevant job-related training. Mentored by an experienced manager, you will have the opportunity to learn about the operations, work on specific projects that will support your learning goals, and give you real exposure in the world of logistics.

What You Need To Succeed
- You must be in your second year at university on an undergraduate course which enables you to take an Industrial Placement Year (graduates are not eligible).
- Full Driving Licence by September 2026.
- Right to work in the UK.

- The drive and ambition to succeed in an exciting and challenging environment.
- A self-starter – who is both curious and enthusiastic.
- Innovative and creative with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
