Welsh Water invites you to join its graduate scheme to develop a rewarding finance career within a purpose‑driven, not‑for‑profit organisation. We are seeking applicants who will have completed or be expected to complete a degree in Maths, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting or a related field by September 2026. No prior experience is required, but a strong foundation in quantitative subjects and a passion for building a career in finance are essential.

Your role will include:
- Developing an understanding of the nature and operations of Welsh Water through placement rotations across operational finance, regulatory finance and tax.
- Working on a financial project as part of your final placement.
- Gaining knowledge of the full financial calendar from budget setting through to year‑end disclosures.
- Supporting the completion of a professional accounting qualification (chartered status) – ACA, ACCA or CIMA – during the programme.
