The NSSL Graduate Experience
As an NSSL Graduate, you'll gain unique insight into how a large‑scale financial services operation delivers exceptional outcomes for clients and customers every day.
From the outset, you'll be involved in real business challenges, working alongside experienced colleagues across a variety of functions.
You'll discover how operations, technology, data, change, governance, learning, and customer experience come together to drive business success.
- Throughout The Programme, You'll
- Gain hands‑on experience working on live business projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop a broad understanding of customer operations, savings, and client delivery.
- Help drive improvements that enhance customer and colleague experiences.

- To Be Eligible, You’ll Need To
- Have a 2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject completed in the last 3 years, for example: Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Business Studies.
- Be available to start on 5th October.
- Be able to commute to our Cobalt Head Office (near Newcastle upon Tyne) on a daily basis.
- Be available to attend interviews during the week commencing 14th September.
