About The Role
As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you'll develop your own customer portfolio across the North East, helping manufacturers source specialist metal products used in some of the UK's most demanding industries.
From your first week, you'll receive practical training in business development, customer relationship management, and commercial sales while working alongside experienced colleagues who will support your development.
As your confidence grows, you'll take ownership of your own accounts, build long-term customer relationships, and be rewarded through an uncapped bonus structure.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying new business opportunities and speaking with potential customers
- Building relationships through phone, email, Linked In, and customer visits
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products
- Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial agreements
- Managing and growing your own portfolio of customer accounts
- Keeping your sales pipeline organised using our CRM system
- Working towards achievable sales and activity targets with ongoing coaching
- Full Sales Training Provided
You don't need previous sales experience. The Sales Academy is designed to give graduates everything they need to succeed, including:
