Catapult is a sports technology company that empowers professional teams to make data-driven decisions. We are looking for a talented Graduate Software Engineer whose drive for learning and determination for continuous improvement align with our ambitious, fast-growing, and transforming company. This C++ role will plan, design, build, and test features of our motorsport applications.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement professional applications for elite-level motorsport using sound software engineering practices.
  • Maintain and support the software by fixing bugs and answering technical questions for our support team.
  • Deliver on your goals in a timely manner and provide regular progress updates to the team.
  • Assist with the production of documentation and design of tests.

What You'll Need

  • C++ experience (or willingness to learn C++ if you have another object‑oriented language experience).
  • Degree in computer science or another scientific or technical subject.
  • Experience developing efficient data structures and algorithms.
  • A passion for technology.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

  • Passion for sport.
  • Experience working in motorsport.
  • Understanding of UI and UX design.
  • Experience developing applications on Windows.
  • Experience with Agile development tools and processes.
  • Experience developing applications in Visual Studio.
  • Experience developing video-processing applications.

What Your Success Will Look Like

  • In 6 months you will add new features to the software with guidance from product and engineering leaders.
  • In 12 months you will have a specialty within the Motorsport team and suggest new insights and solutions for future development.
