Responsibilities
- You'll coordinate, compile and maintain key data, reports and presentations.
- You'll be part of projects to drive the people agenda.
- You'll support key stakeholders across our business, providing insight on all elements of the employee life cycle, with particular focus on development.

- You need to have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working as part of a team as well as be motivated to drive your own agenda.
Placement Details
Our placement is open to any university student who is eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2027. You should be on a sandwich degree which offers a one-year industrial placement.
We believe all employees should have a good work/life balance and wouldn't want you to spend a large amount of time commuting, so we require our placement students to be based within a reasonable distance from our Milton Keynes head office.
Assessment Process
Our final step in the journey would be for you to attend a face-to-face assessment centre, where you will take part in a range of activities based on real life tasks. You will also have a chance to meet some of our managers and current placement students to find out more about the scheme.
This process is designed to help us both work out if a placement here is the right step for you. Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after the assessment centre.
