Are you a recent graduate looking to kick start your career in HR? Lantmännen Unibake is looking for a 6 month HR intern. This six-month placement offers the chance to gain real world experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Exposure to industry leading HR systems such as Workday and Cascade.
- HR administration, reporting, and payroll processes, and play an active role in enhancing the employee experience across the business.
- Managing workflows to support compliance processes (Right to Work checks, service milestones, etc.)
Requirements:
- Full UK right to work
- Be a recent graduate with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and IT systems (especially Excel)
- HR experience is a bonus but an interest in HR is essential — we’re looking for enthusiasm and potential.
