Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in London office)
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Support lifecycle marketing campaigns - you’ll help build, test and deliver email campaigns across the full customer journey, from lead nurture and onboarding through to upsell, cross-sell, loyalty and advocacy.
- Assist with email production - you’ll draft, proofread, format and quality check emails, ensuring every campaign is accurate, engaging and on brand. You’ll also support with asset creation where needed.
- Build and manage audience segments - you’ll help group customers and leads into relevant segments, ensuring each audience receives targeted, meaningful communications.
- Analyse and report on performance - you’ll track campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates and conversions, and help turn data into clear insights that improve results.
- Support loyalty and advocacy initiatives - you’ll contribute to campaigns that keep customers engaged, including referral programmes, rewards and retention-focused activity.
- Collaborate across teams - you’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product and Tech teams to support their email requirements and help deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Support marketing operations - you’ll help manage the campaign calendar, coordinate briefs, keep processes organised and ensure documentation is always up to date.
- Develop CRM expertise - You’ll receive hands‑on training in HubSpot, gaining valuable experience in a leading CRM and marketing automation platform.
