The role involves improving our manufacturing capability, which is a continuous journey that presents both challenges and rewards. As an undergraduate with an engineering background, you\'ll benefit from bringing a fresh perspective to the process.

What We Look For: We look for all sorts of qualities in our interns, including Proactivity, Problem Solving, Agility, and Communication skills. Confidence to try new and challenging experiences, enthusiasm about learning, and eagerness to reach new heights in creating and sharing joy are also essential.

Candidate Requirements: You will have predicted or achieved a 2:1 Degree (or equivalent) in one of the following disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Integrated Engineering, Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering, or a similar degree.

Key dates: Closing date for applications is 31st October 2025, and the final assessment center will be on 3rd December 2025, in person at Bournville.

Starting salary: £23,000
